Erez Shachar, ChairmanMr. Erez Shachar was appointed Chairman where he helped lead Comfy through a successful restructuring and financial turnaround. Shachar is also managing partner at Evergreen, a venture capital representing one of the largest portfolios in Israel and is director and member of the executive committee at Eltek, the leading Israeli Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturer. Prior to his current positions, Shachar served as president & CEO of NUR Macroprinters (Nasdaq: NURM), where he had worldwide responsibility for global operations and led the company from sales of $16M to $120M. Prior to that, Shachar worked in several executive marketing, sales and product development positions in Scitex Europe S.A. Shachar holds a master's degree in business administration from Insead University in France and graduated with magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University with a bachelor's of science in mathematics and computer science. Dov MoranDov Moran is Founder, CEO and Chairman of modu. Prior thereto, Mr. Moran was the founder, Chairman and CEO of msystems (NSDQ: FLSH), that grew in 18 years to close to $1B in Sales. The company, that invented the USB Flash Drive (DiskOnKey™), FlashDisk (DiskOnChip™) and other innovative flash data storage devices, was acquired by SanDisk Corp (NSDQ: SNDK) for $1.6B at the end of 2006. In addition, Mr. Moran is the Chairman of Tower Semiconductor (NSDQ: TSEM) and Biomas, a bio-tech company. Mr. Moran holds a B.Sc. in Computers and Electronic Engineering (with honors) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Shai Shahal, CEOMr. Shai Shahal oversees the day-today operations and is responsible for shaping Comfy's corporate strategy and forming industry partnerships. Before beginning his career at Comfy, Shahal has spent more than 10 years in senior marketing and sales positions in leading communications companies. He was the marketing manager of Pelephone Communication Inc.'s residential sector, a leading Israeli cellular operator with annual revenues of approximately $800M. Prior to that, Shahal served as senior vice president of marketing & sales for Nonstop Broadband Internet, a division of Matav Cable TV Group (Nasdaq: MATV) where his key responsibility was to establish and manage the marketing and sales divisions. Prior to that, Shahal was managing director for sales promotion and direct marketing for a subsidiary of Fogel Levin Ogilvy Advertising Agency, an affiliate of Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. Shahal received a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University. Shahal is an undergraduate lecturer, among other universities, at Lahav, a top executive program Tel Aviv University.
