International Shipping
Introduction
Comfy gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the deliver address for your order. In case we cannot ship to your designated country, you will be notified about it in the "Checkout Process".
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Comfy Online Store, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates
Comfy does not undertake that the goods ordered by the customer shall arrive or be available at a particular time. Comfy will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, or any other damages caused by delay or any other cause whatsoever and howsoever caused during the shipment of the goods ordered.
Returns and Replacements
You can cancel this order within 24 hours after we have received it.
You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been
delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
